Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Collaborate with the recruitment team to source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.

• Interview Coordination: Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status and provide feedback when necessary.
• Database Management: Update and manage the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of candidate information.
