Job summary

Acara Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai is offering an IT Recruitment role for fresh graduates. You will source and screen candidates for IT & Engineering roles, interpret technical job descriptions, and coordinate interviews.

Ideal candidates hold a CS/IT degree, possess strong communication, organizational skills, and can thrive in a target-driven environment within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from 2024/2025 batches with CS/IT/Engineering degree.
• Freshers or up to 6 months HR/recruitment internship preferred.
• Not a technical/development role; opportunity to build a career in HR recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for IT & Engineering roles.
• Understand IT job descriptions and terminologies.
• Conduct initial technical screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and ensure compliance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.

Role & responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for IT & Engineering roles using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Understand technical job descriptions and interpret IT terminologies accurately.
• Conduct initial technical screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and ensure compliance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and terminologies.
• Ability to work in a target-based environment.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Freshers or up to 6 months internship experience in HR/recruitment preferred.
