Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to support technical talent sourcing and internal HR coordination. This is a 6-month internship focused primarily on candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting for open technical roles, as well as day-to-day recruitment administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates for open technical positions using job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen resumes against job requirements and shortlist candidates based on relevance, experience, and salary fit
• Maintain and update candidate trackers/pipelines accurately

Coordination & Internal Support

• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring panels
• Support offer management and onboarding documentation as needed
• Assist with internal HR coordination tasks and recruitment reporting

Requirements

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills — mandatory
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing pipelines simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced IT environment
• Prior exposure to job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) is a plus, but not mandatory
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
