Responsibilities

• Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and references.
• Screen resumes according to job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR telephonic screening.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
• Support daily recruitment and HR operations.
• Assist in closing open positions within timelines.
