You will support sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, payroll support, and employee communications while handling confidential information with integrity. This internship offers a monthly stipend and practical experience across HR disciplines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
• Draft HR policies, internal communications, and related documents.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and feedback collection.
• Provide support in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
