Job summary

TrailblazeX is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to learn and contribute across recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. You will assist with end-to-end recruitment for junior roles, source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support onboarding and HR documentation.

Ideal candidates are final-year or graduate students in HR/Business Admin with 0–1 year of experience, strong communication, and a keenness to learn in a fast-paced onsite environment. Immediate joiners are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience; prior internship experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
