Job summary

Ocean Lifespaces India Private Limited is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance. The role also focuses on orientation, exit procedures, policy enforcement, and employee relations.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA and at least 4 years of HR generalist experience, with strong communication and organizational skills and working knowledge of HR systems and payroll software.
