We are seeking a dynamic, highly knowledgeable, and results-driven HR Specialist to take ownership of our human resources operations. This is not an entry-level role; we require a professional with at least 3 years of mandatory, hands-on HR experience who possesses deep, end-to-end expertise in the field. You will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a high-performance workplace culture.
1. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and onboarding.
2. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and performance management.
3. Compliance & Labour Laws: Ensure all company policies, contracts, and workplace practices strictly align with current labour laws and statutory regulations.
4. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee timely payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee benefits.
5. Performance Evaluations: Design and implement structured annual/quarterly performance review cycles.
6. HR Operations: Maintain accurate digital employee records, draft HR policies, and manage offboarding/exit interviews.
1. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of continuous, verifiable experience in a dedicated HR role (HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HR Officer).
2. Applications with less than 3 years of experience will not be considered.
3. Field Expertise: Comprehensive, full-spectrum knowledge of HR core functions, including recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and payroll systems.
4. Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of regional labor laws, employment standards, and compliance frameworks.
5. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. (HR certification like SHRM or CIPD is a plus).
