Job summary

Career Craft Consultants India Pvt Ltd in Vadodara seeks an experienced HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business goals, and to foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and clear communication.

You will handle attendance and leave management, payroll experience, and employee relations with fair, policy-driven practices, while ensuring compliance with laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as HR Manager or similar role, preferably in overseas industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
