Job summary

Synstack Technologies in Visakhapatnam, India seeks an HR leader to own end-to-end recruitment, policy design, and employer branding initiatives. You will shape workforce planning, drive internal HR programs, and partner with managers to align people plans with growth objectives.

You will manage onboarding, employee relations, policy rollout, and performance tracking while strengthening the company’s employer brand across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder management with department managers.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS and performance management systems.
• Working knowledge of social media for employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously refine employee relations policies across the organization.
• Drive internal organizational design structuring teams, defining reporting lines, and supporting business growth.
• Serve as a round-the-clock point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns.
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation; align individual targets with organizational goals.
• Partner closely with department managers to translate business objectives into people plans.
• Develop and roll out HR policies; ensure every department stays updated and compliant.
• Track performance against departmental and organizational targets, escalating gaps proactively.
• Oversee the company's digital and social media presence (LinkedIn, careers page, job boards) to strengthen employer brand.
• Create and curate employer branding content - culture posts, hiring campaigns, employee spotlights - to attract top talent.
