Job summary

Sellability is seeking an HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive hiring closures. Based in Baner, Pune, the role is full-time and office-based.

The ideal candidate will have graduation, minimum 3 years of relevant experience, and mandatory experience in real estate or staffing. You will support onboarding and track key recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are looking for a HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, driving hiring closures, and supporting the organization in building high-performing teams.

Location: Baner, Pune.

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday.

Work Mode: Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with business heads and hiring managers.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, recruitment groups, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interview rounds.
• Drive candidates through the recruitment process and ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and candidate records.
• Support onboarding and ensure smooth handover of selected candidates to the HR team.
• Track recruitment metrics such as sourcing numbers, screening-to-interview ratio, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring TAT.
