The ideal candidates should have a strong background in real estate HR operations, team handling, and fostering business growth through effective people management. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and conducting training programs. Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Proven experience in training, mentoring, and managing new joiners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
