HR Executive

Experience: Minimum 3 Years Relevant Experience

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment and employee-related activities. Candidates with prior experience in a Real Estate / Construction company will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Handle employee attendance, leave, payroll inputs and HR records.
• Manage employee joining, documentation, confirmation and exit formalities.
• Ensure timely implementation of HR policies, SOPs and company procedures.
• Handle employee queries, grievances and day-to-day HR coordination.
• Maintain employee data and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with departments and management for manpower requirements.
• Support statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS and other management reports.
• Assist in employee engagement, training and performance management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA / PG in HR / Human Resources.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Working knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliances.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and HRMS/HR software.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Candidate:

HR professional with hands-on experience in Real Estate / Construction HR operations, recruitment and statutory compliance.
