Job summary

TRUSTKLUB Consulting Private Limited in Kolkata is seeking an HR Executive to manage internal hiring, campus recruitment and HR operations from office. You will coordinate, communicate and manage multiple HR tasks across recruitment, campus drives and onboarding.

The role requires strong coordination, communication and people-management skills, with exposure to MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets. You will interact with colleges for fresher hiring and handle documentation and HR processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Internal Recruitment / HR Operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Organised, proactive and able to handle multiple HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Screen profiles, coordinate interviews and follow up on offers and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
• Connect with colleges and placement cells for fresher and internship hiring.
• Coordinate campus drives, interviews and selection processes.
• Build relationships with educational institutions.
• Maintain a database of colleges and campus candidates.
• Manage onboarding and employee documentation.
• Support internship and exit processes.
• Assist with employee engagement and HR communication.
