• Conduct preliminary screenings, shortlist candidates, and coordinate first-round interviews.
• Handle employee documentation, including offer letters, joining formalities, employee records, and other HR-related documents.
• Monitor employee attrition, maintain attrition reports, conduct exit formalities, and support retention initiatives.
