You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, campus drives and onboarding, while maintaining trackers and candidate pipelines to ensure timely hiring and smooth employee transitions.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or Management.
• Experience in internal recruitment / HR operations preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Google Sheets.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable handling multiple HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end internal recruitment, source through channels, screen profiles, coordinate interviews and join of offers; maintain recruitment trackers.
• Campus Hiring: Connect with colleges, coordinate campus drives and selection processes, maintain college database.
• HR Operations: Manage onboarding and employee documentation, support internship and exit processes, assist with employee engagement.

ROLE OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end internal recruitment.
• Source through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen profiles, coordinate interviews and follow up on offers and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.

Campus Hiring

• Connect with colleges and placement cells for fresher and internship hiring.
• Coordinate campus drives, interviews and selection processes.
• Build relationships with educational institutions.
• Maintain a database of colleges and campus candidates.

HR Operations

• Manage onboarding and employee documentation.
• Support internship and exit processes.
• Assist with employee engagement and HR communication.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably in HR or Management.
• Experience in Internal Recruitment / HR Operations preferred.
