Kimirica Hunter International in Indore is seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our HR team. The role centers on Talent Acquisition, supports day-to-day HR operations, and drives employee engagement initiatives.

You will interact with candidates and employees, manage multiple hiring requirements, coordinate onboarding, and help maintain HR records and reports. Manufacturing background preferred but open to strong communicators from all industries.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from requirement understanding to onboarding.
  • Source candidates via job portals, referrals, consultants and social media.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates; coordinate interviews and offers.
  • Coordinate pre-joining and joining formalities and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support attendance, leaves and HRIS updates; generate HR reports.

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The primary responsibility of this role will be Talent Acquisition, along with supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable interacting with candidates and employees, and have the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Candidates with prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred. However, candidates from other industries with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill sets and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants and other relevant channels.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
  • Drive offer roll-outs, negotiations and joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment consultants and other hiring partners whenever required.
  • Support campus hiring, walk-ins and other recruitment drives as required.
2. Onboarding & Induction
  • Coordinate pre-joining and joining formalities for new employees.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee induction programs.
  • Ensure new employees have a positive and structured onboarding experience.
3. HR Operations
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support attendance, leave and other employee lifecycle processes.
  • Assist with HRIS updates and ensure timely data maintenance.
  • Provide support in performance management, appraisal and other HR processes.
  • Handle routine employee queries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
Must Have:
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to interact confidently with candidates, employees and hiring managers.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems/HRIS.
