Job summary

Ombrulla is seeking an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination and employee records. The role also supports engagement, performance appraisals and HR operations in a growing IT startup.

You will prepare HR documents, ensure policy implementation and handle onboarding, working closely with department heads in Kochi/Chennai on a full-time onsite basis.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or a relevant degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Experience in an IT company or technology startup preferred.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and basic labour laws.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
