Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in Bengaluru is seeking an entry-level HR professional to support recruitment for the hotel and manage HR records. You will help onboard new colleagues and maintain effective communication across teams to ensure a smooth employee experience.

The role focuses on supporting onboarding, ensuring statutory HR compliance, and assisting with daily HR operations in a hospitality environment. Previous HR exposure is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or post graduate degree in HR management is desirable.
• 1–2 years of related experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with onboarding of new colleagues and driving HR communications.

• Maintain/update HR related records.
• Drive colleague communication through various channels.
• Responsible for onboarding of new colleagues.

• Support fulfilment of HR statutory compliance.
• Monitor and ensure facilities like lockers, cafeteria, transportation and accommodation.
• Uphold Heart of the House—HR processes and records.
• Drive colleague engagement initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for colleagues when in need.

Your day to day

• Responsible for the entry /mid level recruitment functions of the hotel
• Maintain /update HR related records
• Drive colleague communication through various channels
• Responsible for the implementation of on boarding of new colleagues
• Effective colleague communication through various channels
• Support fulfilment of HR statutory compliance
• Monitor and ensure colleague facilities like Lockers, Bunker, Cafeteria , Transportation, Accommodation etc.
• Responsible for the upkeep and timely updation of Heart of the House.
• Drive various colleague engagement initiative
• Act as a point of contact for all colleagues when in need
• Regular cordial interactions with colleagues to make them feel Accessible HR

What we need from you

Bachelors Degree/ A post graduation in Human Resources Management is desirable

1-2 years related experience in Human Resources
