Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an entry/mid-level HR professional to support recruitment for the hotel and manage HR records. You will drive colleague communication and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth onboarding for new colleagues and ongoing engagement across channels.

You will assist with HR statutory compliance, monitor facilities for staff, and act as a reachable point of contact for colleagues, maintaining a friendly and accessible HR presence across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or post-graduate qualification in Human Resources Management is desirable.
• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for entry/mid-level recruitment functions for the hotel.
• Maintain/update HR-related records.
• Drive colleague communication through various channels.
• Responsible for onboarding of new colleagues.
• Effective colleague communication through various channels.
• Support fulfilment of HR statutory compliance.
• Monitor facilities for colleagues (lockers, cafeteria, transportation, accommodation).
• Uphold Heart of the House updates; drive colleague engagement initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for colleagues in need.
• Regular cordial interactions to keep colleagues feeling accessible HR.

Your day to day

Responsible for the entry /mid level recruitment functions of the hotel

• Maintain /update HR related records
• Drive colleague communication through various channels
• Responsible for the implementation of on boarding of new colleagues
• Effective colleague communication through various channels
• Support fulfilment of HR statutory compliance
• Monitor and ensure colleague facilities like Lockers, Bunker, Cafeteria , Transportation, Accommodation etc.
• Responsible for the upkeep and timely updation of Heart of the House.
• Drive various colleague engagement initiative
• Act as a point of contact for all colleagues when in need
• Regular cordial interactions with colleagues to make them feel ‘ Accessible HR

What we need from you

Bachelors Degree/ A post graduation in Human Resources Management is desirable

1-2 years related experience in Human Resources
