Job summary

Business Brandy Digital Media in Pune seeks an HR professional with 2-3 years in hospitality HR to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll and compliance across HQ and resort locations.

You will handle payroll, attendance, PF/ESI, insurance, policy updates, employee relations and exits, while visiting resorts as needed. Strong communication and discretion are essential.

Proficiency with Excel and HR software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing: attendance, leave, overtime, deductions.
• Compliance: PF/EPF, ESI, insurance enrolments, filings, renewals.
• Policies: update HR policies and handbooks, enforce across HQ and resorts.
• Employee relations: grievances, discipline, welfare, accommodation and meals, engagement, training, retention.
• Exits: documentation, handovers, full-and-final settlement.

• Recruitment and onboarding: hire for HQ and resort departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, maintenance, operations), handle interviews, appointment letters and induction
• Manpower planning: shift rosters, weekly offs, seasonal hiring
• Payroll: attendance, leave, overtime and deductions, coordinated with accounts
• Compliance: PF/EPF, ESI, employee insurance, enrolments, filings and renewals
• Policies: update HR policies and handbooks, and enforce them consistently across HQ and all resorts
• Employee relations: grievances, disciplinary matters, welfare, staff accommodation and meals, engagement, training, retention
• Exits: documentation, handovers, full-and-final settlement
