Job summary

Della Resorts and Adventure in Pune is seeking an HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle in a hospitality environment.

You will oversee attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, HR operations, and records while ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal policies. The role also supports performance management, training, and ongoing employee development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
• Experience with HRMS and MS Office.
