Role Overview:

As an HRA, you’ll support recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and day-to-day admin. You’ll play a key role in shaping our people strategy, driving culture, and supporting performance management across departments.

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Coordinate induction, training, and background checks
• Assist with appraisals and performance tracking
• Support employee engagement and welfare activities
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure policy compliance
• Help restructure HR processes and improve employee experience

What You’ll Need:

• A Bachelor’s degree preferable in HR, Business Admin, or related any field
• 1–3 years of HR experience (retail/luxury preferred)
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools
• A people-first mindset and attention to detail
