Job summary

SB Jewellery Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive to lead recruitment, maintain records, and help with payroll and HR strategy in a growth-focused retail jewellery environment.

The role requires 4–6 years in HR, strong knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Office hours are from 11 AM to 8:30 PM, with a dynamic, performance-driven workplace and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• 4–6 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably in the retail jewellery field.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., SARAL HR, ZOHO PAYROLL).

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in payroll processing and resolve employee queries related to salaries, benefits, and leave.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and policies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
• Support performance appraisal processes and provide administrative support during review cycles.
• Address employee grievances professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Organize employee engagement activities, welfare events, and internal communications.
