About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 2-5 years of experience to partner with business leaders and managers in driving HR initiatives, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business goals and workforce requirements.
2. Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans.
3. Coordinate and facilitate performance appraisal and review cycles..
4. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams on workforce planning and critical hiring requirements.
5. Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, processes, and guidelines.
6. Track and analyze HR metrics, including attrition, headcount, absenteeism, engagement, and retention.
7. Prepare regular HR dashboards and management reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA in HR is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR-facing role.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policies.
