Job summary

AESL in Hyderabad seeks an experienced HRBP to partner with business leaders and drive talent initiatives. You will own end-to-end HR processes, design structured interventions, and deliver measurable outcomes across assigned verticals.

The role requires 5–8 years in HR, an MBA in HR, strong stakeholder management, data orientation, and comfort in a fast-paced tech-forward environment. Prior collaboration with Product and Technology is preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in HR.
• 5–8 years HR experience with HRBP exposure.
• Strong stakeholder management, data orientation, and process discipline.
• High ownership and field orientation in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with Product and Technology is preferred.

• Conduct ground-level employee connect, FGDs and issue resolution
• Own workforce fulfilment for the assigned verticals
• Drive attrition management through proactive risk identification and timely intervention.
• Own end-to-end performance management cycle including goal setting, calibration, and closure.

Education & Experience:

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of HR experience with demonstrated HRBP exposure
• Strong stakeholder management, data orientation, and process discipline
• High ownership, field orientation, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience partnering with Product and Technology functions is preferred
