People Konnect in Gurugram is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business priorities and drive workforce planning, organisation design and resource optimisation.

The role involves leading performance management, talent management and engagement, while partnering with senior leaders to fulfil strategic hiring and retention goals. An MBA/PGDM in HR and 6–8 years of experience are preferred.

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of performance management, talent management, engagement and employee relations.
