Lenskart.com is seeking a Manager - HRBP to partner with Corporate Functions and drive people initiatives aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with business leaders to strengthen people processes and enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

You will manage employee lifecycle, lead talent management, support workforce planning, and ensure compliance with HR policies in a fast-paced environment, shaping a culture of engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably supporting Corporate Functions.
• Hands-on experience in performance management, talent management, and employee relations.
• Good understanding of HR analytics, workforce planning, and core HR processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, and career development.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and timely closure of critical roles.
• Address employee relations matters, grievances, and policy-related queries while advising managers on people issues.
• Analyze people metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights on retention, performance, and workforce effectiveness.
• Lead employee engagement and organizational change initiatives to strengthen employee experience and culture.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance requirements.
