Impeccable HR Consulting P Ltd. in Rohini, Delhi seeks a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter (Non-IT) to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle—from receiving client requirements to onboarding new hires. The role requires MBA HR (completed or pursuing) with strong communication and negotiation skills.

You will identify the best sourcing methods, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding, with a flexible timing pattern and five-day work weeks.

Qualifications

• MBA HR required or pursuing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• End-to-end recruitment experience: JD understanding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment cycle from client requirement to onboarding.
• Understand JD, source candidates, screen resumes, arrange interviews, gather feedback and maintain data.
• Identify best sourcing methods: portals, references, databases, networking, LinkedIn, headhunting.
• Negotiate offers with candidates and clients.
• Ensure candidate joining.

Recruiter / Senior Recruiter (NON - IT)

Reporting to Sr KAM or Practice Head

• Responsible for entire recruitment cycle ie right from receiving the client requirements till onboarding of candidate
• This involves the entire process understanding JD , strategizing the search process ,sourcing relevant professionals ,screening resumes as per defined job criteria , arranging interviews, soliciting timely feedback & maintaining Client/Candidature information
• Identification of the best sourcing methodologies according to the position Job portals, Candidate reference, Database,talent mapping , Networking, linkedin ,Head Hunting, etc.
• Negotiating on the offer amount with the candidates and client
• Ensuring candidates joining

Qualification : MBA HR (complete or perusing )
