Job summary

Impeccable Hr Consulting is seeking a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter / Assistant Manager to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from client brief to onboarding. You will understand JDs, strategize search, source professionals, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, collect feedback and maintain candidate records.

You will identify effective sourcing methods (portals, references, databases, networking, LinkedIn, headhunting) and negotiate offers with candidates and clients to secure joining.

Responsibilities

Reporting to Sr KAM or Practice Head

• Responsible for entire recruitment cycle ie right from receiving the client requirements till onboarding of candidate
• This involves the entire process understanding JD , strategizing the search process ,sourcing relevant professionals ,screening resumes as per defined job criteria , arranging interviews, soliciting timely feedback & maintaining Client/Candidature information
• Identification of the best sourcing methodologies according to the position Job portals, Candidate reference, Database, talent mapping , Networking, linkedin ,Head Hunting, etc.
• Negotiating on the offer amount with the candidates and client
• Ensuring candidates joining
