Impeccable HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Rohini, Delhi, seeks an HR Recruitment Executive with 6 months to 5 years of experience to join the team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, understand JDs, source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and negotiate salaries.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement to onboarding.
• Understand JDs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, database, references, networking, and headhunting.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and collect feedback.
• Negotiate salaries and secure candidate joining.
• Maintain records and build relationships with candidates and clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand JDs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Database, References, Networking & Head Hunting.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and manage feedback.
• Handle salary negotiations and ensure candidate joining.
• Maintain candidate/client records and build strong relationships.
