Job summary

FCS Software Solutions is seeking an HR Executive to join the recruitment team in Noida with a night shift aligned to US business hours (7 PM to 4 AM IST). The role focuses on end-to-end US IT recruitment, sourcing candidates, screening, and closing openings across in-house positions.

The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of US staffing experience, strong communication, sourcing, and candidate-management skills, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of hiring experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean/search-string skills.
• Good negotiation, follow-up, and candidate-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in a night shift aligned with US business hours (7 PM to 4 AM IST).

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our inhouse positions.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, resume databases, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on required skills and experience.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with All Managers of Sales and Recruitment team to close their respective team openings.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up consistently with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining.
• Meet assigned productivity, submission, interview, and closure targets.
