Job summary

Kanap Systems in India is seeking a passionate HR Recruiter to manage internal hiring for our US IT staffing organization. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience hiring US staffing professionals and handling the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment for internal positions, sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed, screening resumes and HR interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, maintaining trackers, and ensuring

Qualifications

• 14 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in US IT Staffing recruitment is preferred.
• Good understanding of visa/work terms (H1B/OPT etc.).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
