Globelance is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business goals in Noida. You will partner with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and organizational development.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in an HRBP or similar role, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, and strong interpersonal, analytical, and HRIS proficiency. You will implement HR programs, coach managers, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar, with people management focus.
• Front-end HR experience beyond recruitment; broad HR function knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
