Job summary

Kalkine Consultancy is seeking an HR Executive/Senior HR Executive in Noida with 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, induction, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and meticulous record-keeping. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Immediate joiners or short notice periods preferred. Location is Noida Sector-16 with a 11:00 AM–8:00 PM shift and a salary up to 6 LPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or related field.
• Experience in HR Generalist activities.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.

• Conduct employee induction and orientation for new hires.
• Manage complete onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations and HR queries and provide timely support.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

Preferred Candidate:

• Graduate/MBA in HR, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR Generalist activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Immediate joiners or 15 days notice period are preferred.
