India Filings Pvt Ltd is seeking an energetic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and inside sales roles, source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals, and coordinate interviews.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2-5 years' experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting hiring targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. We offer monthly incentives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Prior experience in BPO or Inside Sales hiring is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
