Job summary

Indihire Consultants is seeking a senior recruiter lead in Bengaluru to drive end-to-end recruitment for non-IT functions. You will develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and manage interview processes in collaboration with hiring managers.

The role requires leading a team of recruiters, coaching, and providing performance feedback to ensure timely and quality hires across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Quality, Customer Service, Administration, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/BA or related field.
• 8+ years of recruitment experience, including non-IT hiring across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Quality, Customer Service, Admin, Supply Chain, and other business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-IT functions.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on business and workforce requirements.
• Manage a team of recruiters and provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, social media, databases, agencies, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate candidates through the selection process.
• Manage offer negotiation, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.

Education
