Job summary

Aivariz Technologies in Thoothukudi is seeking an HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage suitable candidates across various roles.

This role covers end-to-end recruitment, sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn and portals, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment MIS. Freshers with drive are welcome.

Qualifications

• 03 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment can also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
• Candidates based in Thoothukudi or nearby locations are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate and discuss compensation based on company guidelines.
• Coordinate offer release and candidate joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and MIS.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Support other HR activities as required.
