Searching Resumes on Portals (Naukri, Shine) As per Client Requirements. OR through the advt, templates.

• Head Hunting
• Boolean Search
• Coordinating with HR
• Screening application and coordinating interviews.
• Short listing resume as per client budget and forwarding them to client.
• Interacting with candidate & organizing them for interview with our clients.
• Lining up the candidate for clients interviews or rescheduling the interview
• Scheduling Appointments.
• Necessary follow up after interview process.
• Salary Negotiation

Note – Interview line up for Tomorrow at 12 pm to 1 pm.
