Job summary

Oisance Innovate is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across the organization from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires 2–5 years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills including Boolean search and LinkedIn, and the ability to coordinate effectively with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of ATS/HR recruitment software will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare relevant Job Descriptions (JDs).
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment status in ATS/HR systems.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Handle offer discussions, salary negotiation and candidate closure.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Track basic recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance.
