TechBridge Resource Pvt. Ltd. in Navi Mumbai is seeking a result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.

Experience in the Facility Management (FM) industry is preferred to hire for technical, maintenance, operations, housekeeping, security, and site-level roles. The recruiter will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure timely

Formación

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• FM industry experience is preferred, especially for technical, maintenance, operations, housekeeping, security, and site-level hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and site-based positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer releases, and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Build talent pipelines and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Coordinate documentation and onboarding activities with the HR team.
