Job summary

Basik Innovation LLP is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across functions in Mumbai Suburban. You will work under the HR Head to understand needs, source and screen strong candidates, and close positions on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Work with HR Head understand role requirements and draft accurate job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine), social media, campus drives and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with panels, and follow up on feedback promptly.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
