Job summary

Quotient Consultancy in Mumbai is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end BFSI hiring, sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, portals and references, and coordinating interviews with clients.

The role requires screening and shortlisting, conducting initial HR interviews, following up with candidates, and maintaining the candidate database and recruitment MIS to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in BFSI recruitment.
• Knowledge of sourcing via Naukri and other portals.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to manage recruitment targets and multiple openings.
• Immediate joiners or short notice preferred.
