Job summary

Baroda Global Shared Service is seeking an experienced HR Recruitment professional in Bhubaneswar to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

The role requires sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through multiple channels, coordinating with hiring managers on manpower and skill requirements, and managing interviews, offers, salary discussions, and joining formalities. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication, sourcing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate/short-notice joiners preferred.
• Comfortable working from Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar.
