Job summary

Baroda Global Shared Service is hiring for an HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role in Kolkata region. You will manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, coordinate with hiring managers on manpower needs and handle interviews, offers and joining formalities.

Strong communication and MS Excel skills are essential for maintaining recruitment MIS in a fast-paced setup. Immediate joiners preferred; candidate should be comfortable working onsite at the specified location in

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• BFSI/Banking/Financial Services experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Strong communication, sourcing, negotiation and stakeholder management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably in BFSI/Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong communication, sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate/short-notice joiners preferred.
• Comfortable working from Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar.
