Job summary

IndiaMART is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring, from sourcing resumes to joining. You will manage corporate hiring at scale, with focus on bulk hiring and stakeholder management across business units.

The role requires excellent communication, strong presentation and networking skills, and the ability to profile candidates for fit, including passive candidates, to close roles within deadlines.

• Experience in corporate, bulk hiring preferred.
• Sourcing and interviewing passive candidates.

The position holder is expected to drive business growth by individually taking up roles and responsibilities. From sourcing of the resume till joining of the candidate is going to be one of the core responsibilities. Closing the position in the timeline allotted is mandatory.

Job Summary

• Independently manage end to end recruiting process.
• Responsible for Business Hiring & Stakeholder Management.
• Hands on experience and in-depth understanding of Sales/Non-Tech hiring.
• Review requisitions, understand hiring needs and conduct search to identify suitable candidates. Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratio.

Knowledge

• Prior knowledge of Hiring Full time or Internships.
• Hands-on experience in using various Job portals is essential.
