• Support onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation.
• Assist with employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and other HR initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and support basic employee queries.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination with candidates and internal stakeholders.
