Job summary

Meril in Mumbai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee end-to-end recruitment within the medical devices sector. You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references and other channels, screen and shortlist applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

The role demands fast-paced, proactive execution and excellent communication and organizational skills. Immediate joiners or those with short notice periods will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceutical companies.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and tight timelines.
