RK Interiors is seeking a recruitment specialist in Mumbai to manage the full-cycle hiring process. You will source candidates through portals, LinkedIn searches, headhunting, and referrals, screening for domain skills and fit, coordinating interviews with managers, and guiding candidates through offers and onboarding.

The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, a graduate degree, and strong MS Excel and communication skills. This is an on-site position based in Mumbai.

Qualificações

• Graduate with Bachelor's degree.
• 2–4 years hands-on recruitment experience (consultancy background ideal).
• Strong sourcing abilities (Boolean search, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed); proficient in MS Excel and excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn Boolean searches, direct headhunting, and referrals.
• Target industry-specific profiles (Site Engineers, Project Execution, Procurement, Quality, Design, etc.).
• Screen candidates for relevant domain skills, salary expectations, notice periods, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to streamline interview schedules and reduce turnaround time (TAT).
• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and manage post-offer engagement to ensure high joining rates.
