Job summary

Secure Parking Solutions is seeking an experienced recruitment professional in Mumbai to manage end-to-end hiring for cashiers, wardens, drivers, supervisors and other site-level roles. The role involves manpower planning, sourcing through portals, referrals, agencies, and local drives to meet targets within tight timelines.

You will drive local hiring, employee referrals, and maintain recruitment MIS with regular reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience in mass hiring.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for Cashiers, Wardens, Drivers, Supervisors and other site-level positions.
• Manpower planning & vacancy closure by coordinating with CPMs and Operations teams to meet hiring targets within TAT.
• Candidate sourcing & joining through job portals, referrals, agencies, walk-ins and local recruitment drives.
• Employee referral & local hiring by developing local candidate networks and driving the Employee Referral Program.
• Recruitment MIS & coordination track sourcing, selection, offers, joining, deployment, dropouts and share regular recruitment reports.
